A LOCAL CHURCH WITH GLOBAL IMPACT

GIVE ABOVE AND BEYOND

God loves a cheerful giver! And when we give out of the overflow of our gratitude, it’s exciting to see what God does through our WHFC Family’s annual
movement of generosity.

In November, we love to celebrate the consistent and ongoing expressions of your generosity, while providing opportunities to love, serve, and give “above and beyond” this season.

PARTNER WITH MANNA WORLDWIDE

WHFC X KENYA

This November, we are excited to share more about what God is doing through WHFC’s ongoing partnership with Manna Worldwide in Kenya! Manna’s mission is to rescue children from the grip of poverty by caring for orphans, providing nutrition, education, medical care, and by meeting spiritual needs through local church planting.

Right now, there is a budding church plant outside of Mombasa, Kenya that is in need of a fresh water source in order to establish a feeding center, perform baptisms, and provide cool drinking water as a part of practicing hospitality to this rural community.

We are excited to contribute towards this need as a church family seeking to give above and beyond this season!

WHFC FAMILY SERVICE PROJECT

Many people have asked how they can continue to help bring relief or aid to those impacted by Hurrican Helene and Milton, and one of the ways you can get your whole family involved is by partnering with Convoy of Hope!

This year will be our third year to partner with Convoy for our Family Service project.

Here’s how it works: We invite our WHFCkids and their families to serve and express generosity together by shopping and building Hygiene and Baby Care Kits for those who find themselves in disaster zones or low income communities. By providing kits, you help children and their families around the world with basic needs. There is no minimum to how many you can send. Every kit matters to Convoy of Hope and the person who receives it.

You can return these assembled kits to the drop zones located across campus each Sunday in November.

Convoy of Hope delivers the kits that your pack to thousands of people in need relief. If you are interested in building a Hygeine or Baby Care kit, check out our shopping list and opportunities to serve at Convoy of Hope at their World Distribution Center in Springfield, MO.
